Aix Talks e.V. is comprised of enthusiastic and driven students, each contributing their unique skills and perspectives to make this event a remarkable experience.

Our team structure includes Strategy, Program, Event, Marketing, Finance and IT teams. Each team consists of dedicated TEDxers from diverse academic backgrounds, who share the same values and motivation for “Ideas Worth Spreading”.

Strategy Team

The unknown force that pulls all the strings! We have to make sure that there is a harmonious internal communication between all members; some of the activities include organizing team meetings and weekend getaways.

Finance Team

Finance Team manages the budget, ensuring every euro is allocated wisely to bring our TEDx event to life. With sharp financial acumen, we navigate the complexities of budgeting and sponsorship to make our event financially sustainable.

Program Team

The goal is to make the content of the event as diverse as possible – this includes the actual talks and performances and the wonderful people behind them. We are always in search of potential speakers and performers. When they are found we stay in frequent contact with them to prepare the respective talks and presentations.

Marketing Team

The creative mind that brings everything to life. We capture the essence of our TEDx event and spread the word far and wide. Through creative campaigns and strategic outreach, we engage our community and beyond, igniting curiosity and enthusiasm for our ideas worth spreading.

Event Team

We make sure that attendees have a roof over their head and food and drinks to accompany the talks. With meticulous planning and attention to detail, We create an immersive environment where ideas flourish and connections thrive. In short: we do lots of transportation and spend a lot of money.

IT Team

We are people of the digital world, who use technology to make your life easy. From designing our website to ensuring smooth internal admin processes, we work tirelessly to leverage technology, making our event accessible to audiences worldwide
